How to order

A new order form is sent to you with each postal order, or you can download one here and save it electronically for printing or emailing

Please fill in your order form neatly and accurately (printing is best for us to read), making sure all areas have been completed. This will assist us in ensuring you receive your correct supplies.

Orders may be:

  • mailed to Ostomy Association of South Australia Inc, 1 Keele Place, Kidman Park, 5025
  • faxed to 08 8355 1073
  • emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please note: The Australian Government does not allow associations like Ostomy SA to take orders by phone. Special arrangements can be made in advance for vision impaired members.

Cost and payment

As delivery and some items not covered by the Stoma Appliance Scheme do come at a cost, you may be required to make a payment for your order. There are three ways you can do this:

  • credit card (minimum of $10 spend)
  • cheque or money order
  • special credit account (see description below).

If you are paying by cheque or money order, please make it payable to ‘Ostomy Association of South Australia’. If you are sending a money order, please write your name on the back of it so we know who it is for.

You are also able to pay funds in advance to minimise the need to send in money to Ostomy SA. We have the ability to set up a credit account on your behalf, allowing you to make payments in advance so you don’t have to worry about regular monthly payments. We will advise you if and when you need to top up the balance.

Delivery or pick up

Orders received by Wednesday each week will be ready for posting or pick up the following Tuesday, unless you order a special order item (an item we may not keep in stock). Special order items usually take an extra week to come in.

Delivery

Postage comes at a cost of $15 per order.

Pick up

Orders may be collected from Ostomy SA from Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 2.30pm. We suggest that when you collect your order, you place your next order – this will ensure that the stock is on hand as needed.
